Outlook 2000 AutoComplete feature

Hello. I have problems regarding my Outlook 2000. My auto complete feature dont want to function properly no more. I am thinking of upgrading to the version 2002 instead of this one. Am I going to resolve the situation if I do this? Please I need some directions, this is very important to me because my business suffers and thats all, but very enough. Thanks in advance.

No I dont think so. I think that it might get things even more worse. There is an article on the Microsoft web site that describes this more in details. When there are no problems at all with the auto complete feature, after upgrade, auto complete problems may occur. On that article you can find which file you need to rename in order for auto complete to start function properly. Give your self a little surf. Wink
