| Hello! Your problem may lie in the BIOS where optical drivers could be turned off, you have to check that. If there is everything OK in BIOS, look into computer case to see if IDE cable is connected with motherboard, or maybe your problem is with jumpers and you have to look at the manual for your optical drives to see how to place jumpers correctly. If everything is OK maybe you have mechanical problems with optical drives and you have to, unfortunately, take them to some computer technician. |
