| I can’t open any attachment in Outlook express. Well, I can click on them (it’s not an unclickable grey attachment like on some systems), but when it starts opening it just hangs, it doesn’t open at all. Then I need to force shutdown of Outlook Express. And I must see my attachments in the webmail. |

| Try to do Outlook Express reinstallation. However, I don’t know how is this done, as this is an integrated system component. If nothing helps, try to save attachments from the OE, avid opening them directly. When your message is opened, seek for a ‘Save attachments’ command, rather then double-clicking them directly. |
