Opening Nero problem

This is very annoying. My Nero 6 is not working any more. When I double click Nero icon on desktop nothing happens. I have searched for Nero on my computer and found out that it is properly installed in Program Files. Do you have any suggestion regarding this opening Nero problem?

Hello. You should contact Nero technical support and see if they know something of this problem with opening their application. This is not normal behavior and applications do not stoop responding just like that. Probably the easiest solution for you is to reinstall or repair Nero and it should work fine after that.
