I have upgraded to Vista recently. I wanted to move all my shortcuts in Links folder, but when I move them "Open File - Security Warning" message pops up. These shortcuts are pointing to perfectly safe local files and I do not understand why security warning pops up. Can I solve this annoyance somehow?

This is caused with new Vista and IE7 security mechanism. This warning is given because Internet Explorer 7 can open local files from Links folder. To solve this "Open File - Security Warning" issue open command prompt as administrator. Enter following commands in command prompt: "cd %userprofile%\favorites" and then "icacls links /setintegritylevel (CI)low".
