Me and my wife are using this one computer with separate Windows accounts. We would like to share calendar, scheduler , contacts and other features except e-mails in Outlook 2003 without need to log in as different user. Do you have any idea how to accomplish this? Thank you in advance for your time.

You can do this if you switch Outlook 2003 to Corporate/Workgroup mode. After this go to Control panel Mail and Fax and you will see two profiles. Add one more profile and then open outlook with that profile and copy all information from separate profiles to this one. Now you will be able to use this profile no matter off Windows logging username and password.
