I have an old Nvidia GForce GTS 64MB video card. I would like to overclock it a little bit if it is possible and to squeeze last bit of power from this old video card. This video card has 200 MHz core clock and 333 MHz memory clock. I would be very grateful if you could tell me how much I can overclock it.

It depends of DDR chip speed. These video cards had three variants: 7ns, 6ns and 5.5ns. If it runs on 7ns it is already overclocked. If it runs on 6ns then you could overclock its core speed on 220 MHz and memory on 366 MHz. If you are lucky and DDR runs on 5.5 ns then you can try some more extreme speeds like 400 MHz for memory clock.
