Hello. I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and my default e-mail client is Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. It is full of old emails and contacts and I am asked each time when I start it would I like to compact them. If I compact them, will I be able to access them in the future?

Hello. You should not be afraid that, in case you compact old messages and contacts, you will not be able to access them. This compact process will compress old emails and contacts and make more space for newer one. But, you will not notice this compression at all – you wll be able to access them normally.
