Hello! I have some old Windows 987 installation disc and a problem with it. I am not able to boot it at all. To be precisely, when I boot it, I am not able to run it. This is very strange, because before it worked just fine. I have some very old computer which runs Win 98 and from time to time I reinstall this operating system.

Hello! Well, if your installation disc is too old, then it is nothing strange that you cannot boot it. I hope that you know that discs cannot work for ever. I mean, they also have their useful life. So, I think that your one is too old and that is the problem. This is complicate a little bit, because you cannot find new installation disc for this operating system. But, I suggest you to try find it on eBay or something like that.
