After uninstalling Jetico Personal Firewall I can use Vista only in safe mode. When I boot in normal mode blue screen of death is imminent. I have tried several things, I have searched for firewall components to remove them manually if they had not uninstalled correctly but I had no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

You can do several things here. You can restore your system to the point prior to firewall installation. This will help you to avoid blue screen on Vista. If this option is not good for you then you can download Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and try to delete any files left by firewall after uninstalling. Also, you can contact software vendor and ask them about uninstalling specifics for their product.
