Office XP Pro cd key

I'm really sorry if this question seems stupid but I'm desperate here: I lost the CD key for my copy of Office XP pro. It is already installed but I'm having some problems with it and when I wanted to modify some components, or even possibly reinstall it, it turned out that I need to enter the key again. What am I supposed to do?

I don't understand how these questions keep cropping up every now and again… What you should do is contact your Microsoft representative. You'll probably need to supply some sot of proof of legitimate purchase, but that's just the way they do business… Or, of course, you could just check out some of the crack/serial search sites on the 'net, and get a cracked CD key, that would probably work as well.
