Office XP Key Missing

I have some problems with my Office XP and I'm going to have to reinstall it. It took me 3 days to finally find the installation CD but now I cannot find the CD key. What do you think I should do? Is there a way to retrieve the CD key (I haven't uninstalled office yet). Thanks.

I really understand what you're going through -losing a CD key can be such a PIA. But the last time I lost a CD key I did a really thorough search on the net and I've found this link:
