Office V x printer not working

I am using office v X, and from some time ago I have a problem. I can not print my documents. I do not know what the problem is and I tried to find it, believe me. When I give command for printing after some time I get message that printer has printed correctly my document. Totally weird! Do you know what the problem is and how to solve it?

I am almost sure that print queue has stopped in the print center. To make it work again, you have to reset it. To do that, just follow next steps:
Go to finder, then open hard disk, then applications, then utilities. Open print center by double clicking, then choose your printer and double click on it, then click on the start qeue in the queu menu. Now try to print. No problem, right?
