Hello! My name is Jim and my friend advised me to contact you because of my problem. Namely, my older brother installed for me Windows XP operating and Microsoft Office 2000. But, in Microsoft Office Word 2000 my Macro command is grayed. I do not know how to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

Hello, Jim! Next time try to install everything on your own. Only in that case you will be sure that everything is just fine. Your brother installed for you customized version of Microsoft Office Word 2000 and that is why your Macro command is grayed. So, you will need to reinstall this application.
