Not standard Screen resolution

Not standard Screen resolution is hurting my eyes and I am not able to do work on my computer as I should be able to, so I am interested if there is some simple way to make this better then it is. I don’t know much about computers so try to give me simple instructions if something like this is even possible.

You need to go to start menu and then go to the control panel and then to display. From this box you will be able to adjust screen resolution that will be good for you. I think that you will be able to do this by yourself and I hope that everything will work out juts fine for you. I also hope that you will be able to do it right the first time. If you think that you are still not able to fix this problem you are having, then I think that you should ask somebody who know its way around computers to visit you and make this problem go away on the spot.
