Hello! I have installed Norton Antivirus on my windows XP operating system. I have some problems with my operating system while I am on the internet. MY explorer windows are opens and closes, some files are deleted, dvd rom opens and closes, etc. I have scanned system with Norton, but it did not find anything. What do you think about cause of this?

Hello! I am 100 sure that you have Trojan Horse on your system. Someone takes control over your computer while you are connected to the internet. It could happened that Norton did not recognize it. So, only solution you have is to install some good antitrojan program and scan your system (it would be the best to scan it from safe mode). I am sure that you will catch some nasty.
