| Hello! I have bought Norton System Works. I have tried several times to install it, but somehow I cannot. I mean, when installation process begins, it work for some time and just freezes and hangs. This is very unusual for me, because I did not have this problem in the past. Have you any idea regarding this problem? Thank you! |

| Hello! First of all, scan your system for viruses. I assume that you have not installed antivirus on your system now, so, go to the internet for the online scan for viruses. But, if your system is not infected, then you should check your installation disc. Maybe it is damaged and that is reason why you have installation problem. |
