After I last installed PC, I also installed Norton Antivirus. My friend advised me to do so, he said the program has done a great job for him, so I listened to him. But now, I don’t think it was such a clever idea. I often receive errors from Norton Antivirus. For example, when I use Outlook Express to send or receive mails, I get “Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection . . ."Any ideas?

Uninstall the stupid program and install Kaspersky instead! I have been Norton antivirus using for a while, and I have experienced nothing but problems! I thought those kind of programs are meant to fix problems and not to create them even where they do not really exist! You can try to fix this problem by using Symantec autofix tool or by getting the latest updates for your PC. Or, and this will surely do the job, just turn off email scanning. But, as I said before, I would switch to Kaspersky. It offers much better virus protection and also don’t cause problems of that kind.
