| I have a problem with my Norton Antivirus program. I do not know what is happening but when I make some changes in is protection settings, it won’t keep them. I have no clue what might be causing such a problem. Does anyone have an idea? I would like to customize it, and make some changes, but it just won’t keep the changes. |

| : I have no idea what may be causing the problem you are facing now. Maybe your program is damaged somehow. Did you try uninstalling the version you have installed and installing it again? Or upgrading it? I am not sure, but I think it actually might help you. Another thing crossed my mind. Are you sue your PC is not infected with some virus which is doing that to your system and Norton Av program? Maybe you should run some tests, and check, there are many available online. I know that viruses sometimes can infect your system without you even noticing it, so you should better check it out. |
