You should locate this entry in your registry: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\NOD32 Context Menu Shell Extension
and delete it. Then, after you reboot, you should be able to locate and delete that nodshex.dll file that’s bothering you normally by looking for it in Windows Explorer. You said that it’s the last thing that’s remained of the Nod32, but if it turns out it isn’t, write again and I’ll give you some more registry entries you might want to delete.
