| There are couple of reasons that may cause problem like yours. It may be an error in the process of downloading and your ZIP may be damaged. You should try to download it one more time and than try to reopen it again. In addition, you may not have a proper version of operating system installed on your computer. Your version of drivers could be for some other operating system like Windows Millennium. In that case, you have to find and download a proper version for your OS. Third reason for your problem could be that your update may need some service pack or add-ons. If that is your problem, you need to find out what are those things, download and install them. |
