It doesn't work it just stopped turns of the fan completely! It shows it's at 100%, but it isn't, it's totally off! When I set it to a different setting, like 95% or whatever, and reset, nothing changes, it's still off! This will kill my MoBo, won't it?! What do I do, how do hell I get it back on?

Quit panicking, and tell us what tool you are using, exactly. Also, some more system specs would be useful. In any case, there should be some sort of override available for the cooling control, so you can fix it at 100% or whatever percentage you want. Of course, it's possible that it's not up to the control, and you're just have to replace the cooler
