Nikon digital camera error message

Hello. I am very frustrated as a result of not being able to download pictures from Nikon D50 camera to computer. I have installed drivers but, in device manager, I see message for Nikon camera that device is installed but it may not work properly because Windows cannot load drivers for this device. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hello. Installing drivers for USB devices can be messy sometimes. Go to safe mode and uninstall all drivers for Nikon D50 camera. Unplug it from computer and insert CD with drivers. Start driver installation procedure and plug Nikon camera in only if installer asks you to. IF it not asks you then plug camera in when installation process finishes. This should fix your problem with Nikon camera error messages.
