Vista is out for some time now and, as a developer, I am thinking about learning something about it new features and possibilities. Right now I am not aware of any new tools for Vista. I have just heard rumors about few things but nothing solid. Can you tell if there are some tools specially designed for Vista or I can use any other tools for it?

You can use any tool you used for previous versions of Windows because it is backward compatible and any .NET or Win32 application will run happily on Vista. Of course, there are new things line WinFX Runtime Components Beta 1 and the WinFX SDK (Software Development Kit). Visual Studio 2008 is around the corner (Beta2 is out) and it will be designed with Vista in mind.
