New motherboard problem

I have bought new MSI motherboard. It has many integrated parts( like USB, Firewire, Network Connection, 7.1 audio). But when I installed it didnt work like it should work. So I have New motherboard problem. I dont have idea what to do, or even where to look for problem. Please give me advices and suggestions. Thank you in advance.

I must share something with you. I really dont like this new mother boards. Thy have too many integrated things. And when one thing damages you have to change the whole board. Also, the great number of people that but this kind of MoBo, have problems with installation. You probably have problems with drivers. You should try to reinstall drivers. Or even to update them form internet. It can also happen that your MoBo is damaged. Thing like that happened to my brother. So this kind of things happen. No often but they do happen.
