Hi! I have been attacked by unknown files here or something! I have bought a new HDD size 120GB installed it and somehow in a strange and weird way it is showing used space of 54gb?! How that could happen, I honestly don’t understand but somehow I am apparently being robbed here in some way! Any idea what is going on and how is this possible?

Actually I don’t know. Are you sure you set this question right. Maybe you thought that usual partition works in 2x54GB so not registering one?! Or maybe u have used much less space but it is showing you 54GB which is higher number then it suppose to be, so you are actually having problem with chunk files that are swamping your PC. First suggestion will be you should format the drive if you haven’t, maybe formatted at 54GB by the manufacturer, as some possible flaw. Somehow not sure that it can be occupied out of the blue! Specify better!
