I decided to buy new computer. I want from new machine: play some new games (such as heroes of might and magic V), work some serious stuffs and etc. I know that I need for all of these things strong graphic card and processor. Would you be so kind and advice me what motherboard would be the best choice for me?

Recommend you asus p5n-sli motherboard. It has nvidia nforce 650i sli chipset, teo sata ports, two usb ports, epp memory support, one gigabit lan port This motherboard will support your strong processor, too. It is brand name, but it is not expencive. You wont regret believe me! I hope I helped you with my advice!
