My computer stopped working some time ago, and after I went through a lot of trouble looking for a solution, I was told I needed a new PSU. Well I went out and bought one, but now nothing is working, I'm not even getting a signal, it just sits dead in the water.
I'm sure, of course, that the PSU is functional.
Any ideas? TIA.

You'll need to provide more details than that if you want some serious assistance on this one. For starters, tell us what kind of power supply unit did you get? What brand, what wattage? Also what would be helpful is a full list of your hardware, to make sure that your PSU is making enough juice for all you have tacked on.
