| The problem you have with your motherboard and computer may be small, but it also may be a big one. However, I do not think that your new motherboard has incompatibility problem. Let us start from the beginning and check the easier things first. You should try to unplug and then plug again your keyboard in your computer. If that will not help, then try to check your keyboard on some other machine. If it will not work there then your keyboard is obviously damaged and you will have to buy a new one. Keyboards are cheap so do not upset about that. However, if your keyboard is working fine on the other machine and it is not freezing, then you have the bigger problem with your computer. The only thing that you can do by yourself is to try to reinstall your Windows XP from the beginning. If that will not help then your motherboard is probably damaged and you will have to ask for professional help. |
