Hello! I have made small home local area network. I have connected three computers through router. All of them are running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack two installed. One of the computers became invisible on this network…. My friend told me that this has something to do with workgroup…

Hello! You want to say actually that one of these computers cannot be accessed, right? You actually have only two computers on the network right now, right? Well, could be that your friend is right. Check if all of the computers in same workgroup (if they are not, you can have mentioned problem). Also, I suggest you to check connection cable - could e that it is broken. Also, check network card – could be that is broken, too.
