| I recently move to a new, better paid, job at the new company. We have a couple of computers in office and yesterday we got a brand new laser printer. Now we have a problem. We don't know how to install that printer to allow all of us to use it. I know that, on my recent job, all of us were using just two printers. |

| To solve this problem, you should first check does all of your computers are connected to any kind of network. If they are, just install the printer on whatever computer you like. Then, in the Printer and Faxes section, share the printer and all the other users can instantly use it. However, if your computers are not connected in the network you could do two things. First is to connect them in the network, of course. The other solution includes buying a Printing switch. That is the peace of hardware equipment that aloud, automatically or manually, to more users direct connection to the same printer. However, I would vote for networking, because it is much permanent solution. |
