Hello! I have buy cable internet connection recently and I want to ask you for help. Namely, guy from technical support asked me about my network card address (he said that) because they need this address. This address is needed because they said that they will give to it static IP. Help me with this! What network card address is?

Hello! Network card address is actually MAC address of your network card. So, I assume that you currently have dynamic IP address, right? If you are using cable connection right now, then the procedure is next: right click on computer icon in systray, then click Status, then click Support tab then click Details button and you will see there Physical Address. But, if you are not using cable connection right now, you will need to take out network card and to read from it its MAC address.
