Hello. Recently I've started using Zone Alarm Pro, version 6.1, and since then I've been having an array of network-related issues. I've been led to believe that most of them are caused by improper firewall configuration, and have confirmed this by shutting down ZAP (after which almost everything works OK). Still, I'd like to keep ZAP, but I don't know how to configure it for my LAN. Could someone with more experience with this FW provide a few tips? Thanks in advance.

One of the main advantages of Zone Alarm is the fact that it's very easy to set up. Though I don't know what network problems specifically you're talking about, what you probably want to do is add the IP numbers of each client computer to the "trusted zone" of Zone Alarm. (From the main window, click the "firewall" tab on the left, then the "expert" tab on the far right.) In fact, if you add the entire subnet mask here, you won't need to get each individual IP separately.
