My wired network no longer works after I installed (and tried to configure) the Zone Alarm Pro firewall. More precisely, it seems to be preventing computers from sharing file and printer access. I think I've got the whole range of used IP addresses set as belonging to the "trusted zone", but that apparently isn't enough. Could someone with more experience dealing with Zone Alarm offer some advice? Thanks in advance,

It's not an issue of specific IP addresses if all machines are cut off, which seems to be the situation you're describing. One thing about ZA, it tends to interact in unexpected ways with other firewalls, so make sure you disabled all of them. Other then file/printer sharing, does the network function normally? Is it ping-able? Can they share the internet connection?
