Hi there,
I am running XP home with OE6 and IE6.
I have run into an issue with OE6 where I can Send emails but not receive and in fact if I click on receive then I get a flashed blue screen and the PC shuts down.

When I go to Device manager I find that the VIA RHINE 11 fast ethernet adapter is indicated as working properly but when I go to Network Connections it indicates it as being unplugged.
