Hello! I have small company and a problem. Namely, I have noticed that my employees download some small things from the internet which are connected with they work. To be more precisely, they download some funny flash games and other funny stuffs. I want to know how I can prevent this. Thank you very much!

Hello! I think that networking filtering is only solution which you have. With networking filtering you can block certain ports or content on the web. This will prevent downloading those funny things for sure. I can tell you that last year I had same problem and when I did this, my employees became more productive then they were.
