| Hello! I am using Netscape browser sometimes. But, I do not use this browser often as I want because I have sound problem. Namely, I am not able to here anything when I try to play some video from the internet (I have picture, but no sound). I have not this problem with Mozilla Firefox). Please, help me! |

| Hello! It is needed to access Netscape settings under Tools menu and to enable option for sound. Somehow it is disabled. You will need to log on administrator account to change these settings. But, if this does not help, I suggest you to uninstall first Netscape and to install it again. This usually helps! |
