Hello. My friend had same problem and I will tell you now how he solved it: click Start, then Programs, then Netscape Communicator (Netscape Communicator must be installed too), then Utilities, then Netscape Mail Notification. After you do this, right click on the NSnotify in systray, then click Options, then click Launching Mail tab, then check Path to Netscape.exe, and then select from Target location \ Program Files\Netscape\Netscape\Netscp.exe.
