Hi, guys. I've got a second-hand Netgear router here, and I can't seem to reset its user/password settings. I press the reset button, hold it, and after it powers up, I try entering the default data – username "admin", password "password – but it still says incorrect. What am I doing wrong here?!

What model do you have? For older ones, the password can sometimes be "1234", and not "password". If that doesn't work out, you might want to update the firmware … though I'm not sure whether or not you can do it without being able to access the configuration screen…
