Nero Burning ROM freeze my PC

Hello! I have XP windows on my pc. It works fine and almost without problems. I have one question about my Nero program. When I want to put some disc and write it, then Nero burning Rom simply don’t recognize it. I have some very important files to write on CD, but I can’t because my Nero freezes my PC. What I need to do? Thanks!

Hello! It’s very often Nero problem. But I don’t think that is only Nero influence. Try to remove our Nero burning room from your PC. Then download newest version from the web. And install it. Try to burn some disk to test your Nero. If you have the same problem it is not Nero. That is something else.
