Need help with converting video files

I need some help with converting video files, more specifically, I need a free converter utility that can convert standard format files (such as AVI, MPG, and others) into the standard mobile phone formats (such as 3GP, and others). I found a couple programs but they're none of them freeware…

Ever heard of google? Just search for 3gP video converter, and you'll come up with the following:
