Hi! I have 4 computers networked in my office. I would like to make them be able to see each others Outlook calendars and contact lists. Two of them have Win2000 with office 2000 and two have Win XP with Office XP installed. Does anyone have an idea on how I could do that? Thanks!

First of all, I think you need the exchange server. Then I think that you could do the following: share the directory that contains the outlook.pst file on one of the PCs and map it as a drive letter on the other machines. Then you should add the data file to outlook. And also add the outlook shortcut bar links to the external calendars and contact lists. I think that it should make it right. You could perhaps try this without exchange server, but I don’t think it will work.
