Hi, all! I was just wondering if there was a way for me to connect my XBoX to my PC so that I can copy some files from it. I’d just like to copy some music files, nothing much but I really want it. So, is this possible? Or is XBoX protected from this somehow? Do I need some special gear? Thanks in advance! Any help would be highly appreciated!

That shouldn’t be so difficult. XboX uses a regular ATA hard drive so you could just remove it from the console and then plug it as a second HD to your PC( you should set it as a slave of course) and you don’t need anything you don’t have already to do this. I think that the XboX HD is NTFS formatted since it’s operating system is an upgraded version of Win2K. If it’s just the music you want to copy then you should use the XboX music mixer. Cheers!
