Need good system cleaner

Hello. I have realized that I have many junk files on my computer when I found out that hard drive is close to filling up completely. I do not have that many programs installed and files saved, so it must be junk files that are eating empty space on hard drive. Can you recommend me good system cleaner?

There are many system cleaners on the market today. You can make a choice between commercial system cleaners and freeware system cleaners. I was not able to notice any significant difference between commercial and freeware cleaners in terms of speed and reliability so I can recommend you CCleaner as good, free program. If you are for commercial software then you should give a try to System Mechanic.
