Hello! I am running Windows XP SP2 operating system and I have dial up connection to the internet. Since yesterday when I try to connect internet I am getting messages that I could not because of ISP. But I have called ISP technical support and told them about this problem and according to them everything is ok with connection.

Hello! Well, I can tell you that if you want to solve this problem you will need to update driver for modem. But, if I were in your shoes, I would download the latest version of modem driver and install it. If you choose to do that, first remove existing driver from the system and install the new downloaded one.
