Need advice on internal HD and external case

Hello! I need advice on internal hard drive and external case. I have an old internal Maxtor 40 GB hard drive. I already have two hard drives in my computer case. So, this Maxtor is the smallest but still I want to use it. So, just tell me can I put it to external case and make from it external hard drive.

Hello! If you have an external enclosure you can put your hard drive in it and make from internal hard drive external hard drive. I have done this many times in the past. I can tell you that external hard drives are very useful storages: you can save on them movies, music, files and other data.
