hey everyone,
recently since about a month ago..

a shortcut came on my desktop thats titles NTD.dll and everytime i try to delete it, it either pops back up or says its being used and can't be deleted.
also, when i open windows task manager and go to processes a image name of dllhost.exe is there and also wont let me end it.
ive been getting popups constantly and my internet explorer isn't really working too well so i've been using AOL explorer.
im not sure if this has anything to do with it but sometimes it sounds like the news or something is playing when i have no applications running at all so i'm not sure where that's coming from either.

i dont know much about computers so im not sure if it could be a virus or someone hacking in to my computer or what.

if anyone knows what it is, how it came about, or any way how to go about fixing it please let me know asap.
thanks!
