I have installed usb pci card with a NEC chipset, and then my problems begun. When I boot my system (after I plug it in) system started with installation of usb controller software. This software wasnt installed, because my XP couldnt find software. I have run installation disc and system detected NEC PCI to USB Open Host Controller, but wasnt able to find correct drivers for it. Any suggestion?

Shut usb function in cmos off. Maybe that would help. If do not, then try to find, download and install the latest drivers for it. This should be help for sure. If this do not helps, then I assume that your card is not compatible with windows XP operating system. If that is case, then you have to buy another card and install it.
