I desperately need to burn a large DVD movie onto a single DVD (dual layer), and not on multiple standard-size DVDs, which is something I've never done before. Someone please tell me this drive supports this kind of burning! If it does, what kind of software do I need? Will Clone DVD cut it? Any tips? Thanks in advance!

I'm not familiar with that model drive, so I don't know if your hardware is up to it, but in case it is, CloneDVD should be fine. Here's how you do it: Go to the title selection window, open the dropdown menu, and scroll down to DVD+/- R DL. If you don't see this option, then you need to get a fresher copy of either your drive's firmware or Clone DVD. And here's a tip, do not burn over 2.4x, regardless of the media quality. In general (not just DL-burning), you should keep the speeds down to ½ the default, though not lower than x4.
