NEC 3450A DVD Writer unspecified error!

I have bought recently nec 3450a dvd burner and from the day when I have installed it I have a problems. I use Nero for burning my cds and dvds. When I tried too burn a dvd I got unspecified error. After that, I tried other one and the same thing happen. Then I try to use some other software for burning and I got same error. Is this some malicious software in my system doesnt let me to write my dvds?

I do not think so. I think that you got bad burner. If you have warranty (I mean if you bought new dvd burner in the shop), go to your vendor and ask them to give you new one, because this one is definitely broken. This must not happening to brand new dvd writers. I hope that I have helped you.
